Venture Partners, LLC is a family-owned development company created by brothers Ryan and Reece Moore along with their father, David Moore. In addition to developing Rock Island Bay, the three entrepreneurs own and operate their forty-five year old family building supply company, Supreme Building Products, Inc. Growing up around the beautiful waters of the majestic Cumberland Plateau, the Moore's understand the unique relationship between the land and the water at Rock Island Bay.

Working with Conservationist Ben Myers, the developers have opened up water views at Rock Island Bay without compromising the integrity of the land. Wild ferns, moss beds, and natural boulders line the waterfront facade and highlight the mountains that line the blue-green water of the Caney Fork River.
